I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location was convenient for exploring downtown LA, and the staff was mostly friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the room was quite outdated and not worth the price, and I had a few negative experiences with the night bar staff. Overall, it’s decent for the area's appeal, but it needs improvements, especially in the room quality.

I stayed in a junior suite, but it felt quite small and old. While it was located in a quiet corner, the air conditioning only cooled one side of the room, which wasn't ideal. For $47 a night, I expected more.

The service was generally prompt and helpful. I had a good experience with most staff, but the night bar crew was rude and ignored requests for coffee, which was disappointing.

The location was fantastic for accessing many attractions in downtown LA. It was great not to worry about staying in a sketchy area, but the overall conditions of the hotel left a lot to be desired.

The hotel has a great location near Dodger Stadium, which was super convenient for my plans. The service stood out to me—everyone was friendly and accommodating. However, the room I stayed in was a bit noisy due to its proximity to the elevators and felt smaller than I expected for a five-star hotel. Overall, it was a good experience, but a few aspects could definitely be improved.
